The Montgomery Place Orchards Farm Market

Known historically as the “Wayside Stand”, is the beehive for our farm and our greater farming community. Our farm is small, so we choose to grow crops in the amount and variety that we feel are most relevant to our climate and location. Because of our size, we work with many other local growers and producers to give the variety our customers desire when they arrive to the Wayside Stand.

If you would like to know what we have at the market on any given day, come visit us! Our crew is typically harvesting something different every day - sometimes even every hour, so you never know what delicious surprises you may come across at the market! We provide a wonderful selection of seasonal fruits, vegetables and flowers grown right here on our farm as well as produce from other local growers. In addition to seasonal produce we carry a wonderful selection of locally made goods - freshly baked bread & baked goods, cheese, eggs, meat, and many other pantry staples.

We are open seasonally, from about mid-May until Thanksgiving, with variations every year, depending on the quick or slow pace of the changing seasons, and the availability of the food we grow.  

The Farm Kitchen

We produce an array of specialty items in our Farm Kitchen throughout the season - Fruit jams, apple sauce, honey, vinegars, fresh pesto, salsa, pickles, zucchini bread & apple crisp mixes, apple cider donuts, fresh pressed ciders and our famous apple pies!
